This is going to be a very short post, but there is a pretty clear desire inside each and every one of us to do something that makes an impact on people. I had a pretty cool conversation on Thursday night that reminded me that when it comes to students, desire is not what needs to be created, it needs to be refined. Students have a deep desire to change their world, but sometimes they aren't positive how they can do that. The question as one who works with students is to discover how to help a student refine that desire.
