I feel like I need to clarify something that I did not make clear in my previous post, yesterday. In the whole process of writing the post yesterday, I was able to process some of my thoughts with the help of a student. Because of this I want to make something crystal clear.
I do not want to be so biased that people begin to think that dating is not healthy or that I would always advise that students not enter into romantic relationships on high school. However, I think that mmy experience and what God is teaching me is that I news to be more open to what those relationships can teach in the greater scheme of things. My relationship dis not stem out of high school. However, I think that I am becoming more open to the high school relatinajip because of my understanding, or change in perspective, of what a relationship can mean in a person's life in the long run.
With that said, I do believe that I am pretty iron clad that if you are going to enter onto a relationship on high schol, you better be wise in how you go about it and the choices and parameters that you put around you and that special someone. however that better be true in any relationship before, and even during marriage! It applies after high school.
I'm currently typing this on my iPod so I will give a better explanation t
later today.
