I wish that stories like this would spread throughout the world...
What are we doing? What are you going to do about the injustice in your corner of the world?
Better question: What am I doing? What am I doing to change the injustices of my neighborhood? I want to be used by God and I want to make it clear that Christ lives in me; but there are times that I just drive by that homeless guy on the corner of US 33 and Sunnyside Ave. I am unwilling to go on a Mission Trip to Africa because of my schedule. These are what I would consider more difficult than some others... like...
Showing my coworker Love even when it hurts; Vocalizing my love for my family; ALL of Them. Asking your friend whether or not a relationship is the right thing right now; offering your home to the family that can no longer afford the taxes on their house. Why do these seem to be overlooked? Why are we unwilling to step out and reach a hand to a brother in need?
Don't get me wrong... I'm not exempt from this... but why is it so difficult for these things to happen?
